Changing User Passwords

This screen allows users with a straightforward way to change employee passwords when access needs to be updated or restored.

To change a password, go to Admin > User Management > Users. Select the employee’s username to open their profile, then choose Edit. In the profile settings, enable the Change Password checkbox, enter the new password, and confirm it in the second field. Once completed, click Reset Password. A confirmation message will appear—select YES to finalize the update.

After a password reset, the employee will be prompted to create a new password at their next login. This ensures their account remains secure and aligned with their organization’s password policies. If the user’s profile has Password Never Expires set to Yes, they will not be required to change the password automatically.

This process helps maintain secure account access, supports quick recovery for locked-out users, and ensures users remain in full control.
