This screen allows the management of Computer Software which employees across the organisation require access to. From this screen you can add, edit and delete Computer Software
Creating Computer Software
To create a Computer Software, navigate to Admin > Computer Software, Click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below
- Software Name: This is the unique name for the Software
- Description: This is the brief description of the Software
- Save Button: Click this button to save changes.
- Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel changes.
Editing Computer Software
To edit a Computer Software, navigate to Admin > Computer Software. Click on a Computer Software and change the information as required (See Creating Computer Software). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.
Deleting Computer Software
To delete a Computer Software, navigate to Admin > Computer Software. Select the checkbox beside the Computer Software(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.
