Navigate to this screen by clicking Emergency Contact on the side navigation panel
Creating New Emergency Contacts
To add an emergency contact, from the emergency contact screen, click on the “Add” button
- Name: This is the full name of the emergency contact
- Relationship: This is the emergency contact’s relationship with the employee
- Home Telephone: This is the home telephone number for the emergency contact
- Mobile: This is the mobile telephone number for the emergency contact
- Work Telephone: This is the work telephone number for the emergency contact
- Email: This is the email address for the emergency contact
- Save Button: Click to save the contact details
Editing Emergency Details
To edit an Emergency Details entry, navigate to this screen by clicking Emergency Details on the side navigation panel. Click on an Emergency Details entry and change the information as required (See Creating Emergency Details). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.
Deleting Emergency Details
To delete an Emergency Details entry, navigate to this screen by clicking Contact Details on the side navigation panel. Select the checkbox beside the Emergency Details(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.
