Form Questions

This screen allows you to manage the questions specific to each application form. From this screen, you can add, edit or delete Questions.

Adding Form Questions

To create a Question, navigate to Recruitment > Vacancies > Questions, locate the relevant application form to which you want to add questions. Follow the steps below

• Click the “Add” button
• From the ensuing screen, select all the relevant questions you want to add to the application form (use the search functionality if required)
• Click on the “Add Question(s) button to add the questions

Editing Questions

To edit a Question, navigate to Recruitment > Vacancies > Questions, locate the relevant application form to which you want to edit questions. Click on a Question and edit using the information below.

• Section: This is the Application form section in which you want this question to show.
• Select Section: Select an existing section from the list to fill the section field
• Compulsory: Marks the question as compulsory and must be answered by the applicant
• Clear Right: This specifies that no further question field show appear after this question on the same line, the next question will appear on a new line
• Save Button: Saves the changes made.
• Cancel Button: Discards the changes made.

Deleting Questions

To delete a Question, navigate to Recruitment > Vacancies > Questions, locate the relevant application form from which you want to delete questions and click its name. Select the checkbox beside the Question(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.

Ranking Questions

The rank of questions determines the order in which the questions are shown which in turn determines the order in which relevant sections are shown. Questions are automatically ranked once added to the form but you can change the ranking for each question to suit your needs.

To change a question’s rank, navigate to Recruitment > Vacancies > Questions, locate the relevant application form for which you want to change question ranking and click its name. Locate the relevant question and select the appropriate rank for the question.
