Creating News articles, please follow the steps below

To create a News entry, navigate to Admin > Manage News, Click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below

  • Article Name: This is the unique name for the News article
  • Description: Content of the News article
  • New Hyperlink: This is the URL for the news article
  • Targeted roles: This determines whether all employees will have access to the News or just employees with selected
  • Save Button: Click this button to save
  • Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel
  • Publish Button: Click this button to publish the News so that it can be seen by employees. Note: News items are marked as “unpublished” by default when created and will not be viewable by employees until it is
  • Archive Button: Click this button to mark the News as archived. It will still be viewable by employees but only by searching for “Archived”
