Creating Projects, please follow the steps below

To create a Project, navigate to Time > Project Info > Projects. Click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below

  • Project Name: This is the unique Project name
  • Client: Select the relevant client from the dropdown list
  • Project Manager: Enter the full name of the employee who will serve as the project manager for this project (in the case of BAU, enter the name of the section or department head). Alternatively, you can enter part of the employee name and click the “Search” button to retrieve matching
  • Description: This is a brief description of the Project
  • Save Button: Click this button to save
  • Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel
