This screen allows the management of individual Leave Balance Adjustments. This may be important in situations where you want to directly adjust the leave entitlement for an employee
From this screen you can add, edit or delete Leave Balance Adjustments
Creating Leave Balance Adjustments
To create a Leave Balance Adjustment, navigate to Leave > Configure > Leave Balance Adjustments, click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below
- Name: The employee name
- Leave Type: Select the leave type to be adjusted
- Balance Adjustment: This is the value of the adjustment. Enter positive values to increase balance and negative values to reduce balance.
- Save Button: Click this button to save changes.
- Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel changes.
Editing Leave Balance adjustments
To edit a Leave Balance, navigate to Leave > Configure > Leave Balances. Click on a Leave Balance adjustment, and change the information as required (See Creating Leave Balances). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.
Deleting Leave Balance Adjustments
To delete a Leave Balance Adjustment, navigate to Leave > Configure > Leave Balance Adjustments. Select the checkbox beside the Leave Balance Adjustment(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.
