A License entry represents a license possessed by one or more employees across the organisation.  From this screen you can add, edit and delete License entries.

Creating Licenses

To create a License, navigate to Admin > Qualifications > License, Click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below

  • License Name: This is the unique name for the License
  • Description: A brief description of the License
  • Save Button: Click this button to save changes.
  • Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel changes.
Editing Licenses

To edit a License navigate to Admin > Qualifications > License. Click on a License and change the information as required (See Creating Licenses). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.

Deleting Licenses

To delete a License, navigate to Admin > Qualifications > License. Select the checkbox beside the License entry(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.
