This screen allows the management of Projects names and project activities. From this screen and sub screens you can add, edit or delete a Project, you will also be able to add, edit or delete project activities.

Creating Projects

To create a Project, navigate to Time > Project Info > Projects. Click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below

  • Project Name: This is the unique Project name
  • Client: Select the relevant client from the dropdown list
  • Project Manager: Enter the full name of the employee who will serve as the project manager for this project (in the case of BAU, enter the name of the section or department head). Alternatively, you can enter part of the employee name and click the “Search” button to retrieve matching employees.
  • Description: This is a brief description of the Project
  • Save Button: Click this button to save changes.
  • Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel changes.
Editing Projects

To edit a Project, navigate to Time > Project Info > Projects, locate the relevant Project and then click its name. Click on a Project and change the information as required (See Creating Projects). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.

Deleting Projects

To delete a Project, navigate to Time > Project Info > Projects. Select the checkbox beside the Project(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.

Project Activities

This sub screen allows the management of Project Activities which are individual activities undertaken as part of a larger project. From this screen add, edit or delete a Project Activity.

Creating Project Activities

To create a Project Activity, navigate to Time > Project Activity Info > Project Activities, locate the relevant project and click its name. Under the Activities section, click on “Add” and fill in the necessary fields using the information below

  • Activity Name: This is the unique Project Activity name
  • Save Button: Click this button to save changes.
  • Cancel Button: Click this button to cancel changes.
Editing Project Activities

To edit a Project Activity, navigate to Time > Project Activity Info > Project Activities, locate the relevant project and click its name. Under the Activities section, click on a Project Activity and change the information as required (See Creating Project Activities). When done, click the “Save” button to save changes or the “Cancel” button to discard changes.

Deleting Project Activities

To delete a Project Activity, navigate to Time > Project Activity Info > Project Activities, locate the relevant project and click its name. Under the Activities section, select the checkbox beside the Project Activity(s) you want to delete and the click the “Delete” button.
