This section contains various reports relating to employee attendance and timesheets.

This section contains the following screens

  • Timesheet Report – This report show information on employee timesheet including Date, Name, Period, Comment, Status and the total number of assigned hours (see creating timesheet details) for the timesheet
  • Project Pay Report – This report shows details of project payments (See Project Pay) due to each employee, it shows the Date, Project, Activity, Employee Name, Period, Status, hours assigned to each day of the week, Total hours assigned, employee’s project rate type, rate and the total payment made to each employee per project activity. Note: Only approved timesheets are show on this report and can be used to backup an employee’s project pay.
  • Project Report – This report shows total assigned hours to each project activity. Details shown includes Date, Client, Project and Activity.
  • Employee Report - This report shows total assigned hours for each employee. Details shown includes Project, Activity, Employee Name, Period, Status and Total Hours assigned.
  • Attendance Summary – This report shows the attendance summary for each employee for a specified period. The report shows the Employee Name, Department, Job Title, Contracted Hours (This is based on the total hours in the employee workshift less any holidays and public holidays or Employee Roster where one exists), Hours Worked, Over / Under hours worked based on contracted hours, Contracted days, Days worked, Over / Under Days worked based on contracted days and attendance rate expressed as a percentage.
  • Attendance Detail – This report shows the attendance detail for each employee for a specified period. The report shows the Employee Name, Department, Job Title, Location, Punch-In, Punch-Out and Duration.
  • Clocked in Employees Report – This report shows the list of all employees who are presently clocked into the system. The report provides at a glance the employees who have reported for duty. It contains Employee Name, Department, Job Title, Workshift start time and Punched in time
  • Lateness Summary Report – This report shows a summary of all employee lateness within the selected period by department or location.
  • Lateness Detail Report – This report shows details of all employee lateness including the total minutes elapsed since the contracted resumption time. Note: An employee is shown as late if they clocked in after their contracted start time after allowance has been given for the grace period. However, the lateness minutes is calculated with reference to the contracted start time and no allowance is given for the grace period.
  • Employee Absence Report – This report shows details of all employees who are absent within a given period. In determining absent employees, this report takes into consideration public holidays, employee leaves and work rosters
